Mr. Ash was drawn to Third Academy for his love of helping students learn and achieve success. He believes that each student has a special gift and once it is tapped into, a student will be able to flourish and succeed. He takes the extra time to help students when they are struggling and is always there to listen when they are in need of advice. He feels that Third Academy is an incredibly compassionate and nurturing environment and a safe place where students can learn and take risks. This is the pathways to true student success.
