Having started with Third Schools since September of 2015, I have had the privilege of sharing my accumulation of ideas from the realms of sciences and mathematics to upcoming generations of students.
Numbers, and the observations of everyday phenomena, have always been a source of fascination for myself and many others. Taking in day-to-day experiences, it is often an enormous endeavor to understand all the rules and patterns that establish the physical world around us. It is easy to become lost in all the world’s physical complexities. It has been a pleasure to watch as students steadily and gradually learn to superimpose the wonder of numbers and mathematics onto the natural world.
It is my hope that students grow to find and utilize the predictive powers in the mathematical patterns and scientific theories that we discover and learn each day, and ultimately, begin to reveal the beautiful relationship between ourselves and the universe. I hope, along our students’ paths, that they will find and grow alongside the thoughts and ideas that fascinate them as well. Peter has earned a BSc (Chemistry) and BEd from the University of Calgary.
