Food & Accommodation

Meal Planning & Dietary Requirements
Our summer camp dining services are managed by the University of Calgary Food Services, which operates on a rotating menu that features daily changes to ensure variety throughout the program. To facilitate smooth and timely service, all final meal selections must be submitted a minimum of 15 business days prior to the requested meal date. We are fully committed to accommodating the health and comfort of all participants; therefore, any specific dietary restrictions or needs can and should be communicated during the registration process for appropriate accommodation.
