Meal Planning & Dietary Requirements
Our summer camp dining services are managed by the University of Calgary Food Services, which operates on a rotating menu that features daily changes to ensure variety throughout the program. To facilitate smooth and timely service, all final meal selections must be submitted a minimum of 15 business days prior to the requested meal date. We are fully committed to accommodating the health and comfort of all participants; therefore, any specific dietary restrictions or needs can and should be communicated during the registration process for appropriate accommodation.

Accommodation
Each student room, measuring a spacious 196 square feet, is furnished to ensure a comfortable stay, featuring a twin XL single bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, dresser, bulletin board, mini-fridge, and closet. The residence hall fosters a structured community environment with three distinct wings per floor (men’s, women’s, and all-gender), accommodating a maximum of 20 students per wing. For convenience and safety, rooms are single-gender, utilizing community washrooms located on every wing. Residents also have access to communal spaces, including a social lounge on every floor, card-operated laundry facilities on all levels (with additional machines in the basement), a designated study space, and a main building social lounge on the ground floor.
